Reset. Reclaim. Rebuild.
A fully funded six-week recovery and confidence-building programme, brought to you by The Anchor Room, for women survivors of abuse.

Proudly funded by The National Lottery Community Fund
You do not need fixing.
You need safety, support, and space to come back to yourself.
If you have experienced domestic or emotional abuse, and although the immediate crisis has passed you still feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure who you are now, this programme was created for you.
Many women leave abusive relationships carrying beliefs they never chose:
It was my fault
I am too much, or not enough
I do not trust myself anymore
I have lost my confidence and direction
This is not weakness.
It is the impact of living in survival mode for too long.
Reset. Reclaim. Rebuild. supports you to gently move out of survival and into stability, confidence, and clarity, at your own pace, alongside women who understand.
Reset. Reclaim. Rebuild. is a six-week, trauma-informed group programme delivered by The Anchor Room CIC.
It is designed for women who are ready to rebuild their confidence, identity, and future after abuse, in a space that feels safe, respectful, and empowering.

Groups are intentionally small to ensure emotional safety, trust, and meaningful connection.
It is completely normal to feel hesitant before applying.
You might be wondering whether this is the right time, whether you are “ready enough”, or whether your experiences are enough to belong here. You might feel nervous about joining a group, or unsure how much you would be expected to share.
Please know:
You do not need to have everything figured out
You do not need to feel confident or certain
You do not need to share more than you are comfortable sharing
Many women apply while still feeling unsure. That uncertainty is often a sign that something inside you is ready for support, even if you cannot yet put it into words.
This application is not a test, and there are no right or wrong answers. It is simply a way for us to understand whether this programme can support you safely and appropriately.
You do not need to explain everything you have been through, and you do not need to have clear goals or plans.
The questions help us understand whether this programme is the right fit for you and for the group.
You can take your time. You can pause and return if needed.
Applying does not commit you to anything. It is simply the first gentle step.
Because this programme is fully funded and high support, we use an application process to make sure it is right for you and for the group.
Spaces are limited to 15 women.
